Description

Learn how to maintain and improve your health holistically–through cultivation of balance and harmony instead of battling
disease after it has already set in. Ayurveda, the millennia-old traditional medicine of India, uses some of the
same herbs and methods as Chinese medicine, but with a greater focus on cookery and food as medicine. In Ayurveda,
the three doshas that make up the human body must be kept in balance through diet, lifestyle, and nutrition, using
medicinal spices and culinary herbs. Learn how to use Ayurvedic cooking principles to create a seasonal diet and
lifestyle plan for self-care.
