How do you empower children’s attention in these extraordinary times (and the attention of the child in all of us)? What will inspire a seven-year-old with “ants in their pants” to sit in front of a screen for first grade? How do you keep a tween focused on homework vs. tik-tok? How can a five phases approach and strategic solutions keep kids and families happier and more connected whether they have an ADD/ADHD diagnosis or not? Stephen Cowan, world-renowned Pediatrician MD/Acupuncturist and author of Fire Child, Water Child: How Understanding the Five Types of ADHD Can Help You Improve Your Child’s Self-Esteem and Attention, will share strategies to empower attention in children and the child in all of us in these extraordinary times.

  • Identify attention challenges with or without ADD/ADHD diagnoses, with relationship to 5 element strengths and weaknesses.
  • Examine how attention challenges respond to a variety of remedies
  • Explore strategies based on 5 element solutions to empower attention and confidence
