Glycogen supply in the muscles depends on Blood and Yin, etc. By listening, you will learn to interpret these aspects of physical fitness and then how to prescribe the appropriate herbs and acupuncture to aid the athlete in developing aerobic capacity, flexibility, strength, coordination, and recovery time.
