VI. Refund Policy

  1. For recorded classes, there are no refunds.
  2. For live webinars, you may cancel your registration up to 1 business day before the live event. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. For a multi-class live Webinar series, there are no refunds. However, if you miss a live webinar in a series, you can be enrolled in the recorded version at no charge if it becomes available at a later date.
  4. For onsite classes:
    • Cancellation 7 or more days prior to the Class date: A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
    • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the Class date: 100% of the registration fee will be charged. There are no refunds during the week prior to the class.
  5. If you are unable to attend a live webinar due to power outage, extreme weather, or natural disaster, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for live webinars associated with Pacific Symposium will be processed within one week after the conference ends.

VII. Recording of Classes

All online and some onsite classes are recorded. Recordings may include audio, video, and public chat messages. By making this purchase, you consent to allow yourself and/or your written chat comments to be recorded while a live online or onsite class is in session and to allow Pacific Center for Lifelong Learning to use the recorded content as part of other courses and/or promotional materials.

VIII. Important Regulatory Notes

Regulatory bodies have different requirements for different types of course formats.

In order to meet the most common standards, you must do the following for a live webinar before you can receive your certificate of participation: Complete the Survey form.

For a pre-recorded online class, you must do the following to receive your certificate of completion:

  1. Complete an ungraded practice activity (called a module assessment).
  2. Pass a final assessment with a score of 70% of higher.
  3. Complete the Survey form.
