Gynecological conditions are a common complaint from many patients. Fortunately for your patients, Chinese herbal medicine is particularly effective at treating these symptoms.

Learn how to analyze liver and kidney patterns and TCM syndromes that cause and aggravate gynecological symptoms, and then treat them with both classical and modern Chinese herbal formulas. This is the second of two classes on common gynecological complaints, covering:

  • Infertility
  • Amenorrhea
  • Irregular menses

Start from the ground up by learning how modern biomedicine defines gynecological conditions and what symptoms accompany them, and then how to model those same conditions according to the TCM model. Jake will discuss the TCM theory surrounding each condition, such as the menses, liver, and kidney regulation needed to approach infertility or spleen qi and liver blood boosting recommended for amenorrhea. Finally, Jake will advise you on specifically which herbal products are best used to alleviate symptoms of each condition.
