Dr. Andrews utilizes her research of the classics, wisdom from her mentors, and clinical experience to present a practical system of healthy living for women. Class two in this six-part series addresses the first and most consistent source of Jing loss women face; monthly menstruation. Menstrual renewal is a tradition of self-care practices and diet therapy during menstruation to preserve Jing and prevent disease. Here we discuss theory and strategies to help our patients view their monthly cycle in a positive way and empower them to be proactive in their healing.

  • Understand how Jing is lost during menses.
  • Grasp the theory behind menstrual care practices.
  • Empower patients to make changes to their health.
  • Be able to cater a menstrual renewal program for patients.

If you purchase courses individually before signing up for the whole series, you will be given credit toward the purchase of the series. You can sign up for the complete series here.
