How do I get customer service or technical support?

If you need technical assistance, just place a support ticket. Pacific Center does not have dedicated phone support. However, we do regularly schedule callbacks as needed to resolve pressing issues.

Please allow up to two business days for a response (24 hours for Pacific Symposium when the event is in session).

Live chat hours during Pacific Symposium are:

  • 7am - 9:30am
  • 12 noon - 2:30pm
  • 5:30pm - 8pm (Friday night only)
