Course Description

Dr. Andrews utilizes her research of the classics, wisdom from her mentors, and clinical experience to present a practical system of healthy living for women. She focuses on key practices that optimize women’s health and beauty by preserving Jing. These are: menstrual renewal, postpartum recovery, peri-menopausal care, Chinese cosmetology, and Daoist sexual cultivation for women. The series begins with a deeper understanding of the concept of Jing and why it fueled much of the development in Chinese health practices. Each of the courses that follow focuses a practice, presenting the historical basis and ideas for practical application.
