Combining Ancient Wisdom and Modern Neuroscience for the Implementation and Assessment of Peak States

This course will discuss combining modern neuroscience and ancient practices and wisdoms for the implementation and assessment of peak states of consciousness.  We will be going over the neurophysiological components of peak states, what it looks like in the brain, different components of state awareness and tools used to assess, support and train these states.
