My card was declined, but I don’t see a reason.

Your card was most likely declined for incorrect information. Zip code mismatches are the most common issue. You will have the opportunity to edit your information the next time you checkout.

  1. Before making another attempt, please doublecheck that the card number, expiration, and cvv number are entered correctly.
  2. Most importantly, verify that the zip code you entered is associated with the card you are using to make payment.

Please note the following when you update your information:

  1. The registered user information is the information that appears on your CEU certificates.
  2. The billing address must be the address associated with the credit card being used for payment.
